London Mule
CONSUME FRESH AS AN APERITIF OR IN THE EVENING
Ingredients
- 4cl of Gin
- 2cl of Lime Juice
- 1cl of Cane Sugar Syrup
- Top up with Ginger Beer
Garnish: 1 slice of lime
How to make
- Refresh your glass by filling it with ice cubes
- Fill 2/3 of the large part of the shaker with ice cubes
- Pour all the ingredients of the cocktail (except the soda!) Into the small part of the shaker, respecting the quantities of the recipe
- With the help of the ice colander, hold the ice cubes in the large cup, then turn it over and drain the residual water from the ice cubes
- Close the shaker and shake briskly for 6-10 seconds
- Drain the excess water from the glass using the ice colander
- Pour the mixture into the glass, straining it through the ice colander
- Top with Ginger Beer
