Murza
An invitation to a Corsican aperitif
The Murza is the quintessential Corsican aperitif.
Slightly bitter, woody, and dry, it unveils delightful notes of myrtle, cédrat, and wild berries or strawberries. It could be compared to a Negroni, albeit with significantly less bitterness.
It invites you to rediscover the scents of the maquis and lose yourself in them for a moment.
