Dry Charente
when pineau meets gin
Ingredients
– 50 ml Melifera Gin
– 20 ml White Pineau des Charentes
– 5 ml Saline Solution
Garnish: Pickled onion
How to make
In a mixing glass:
- Fill with ice and add gin, Pineau des Charentes, and a few drops of saline solution (gin, water, and salt)
- Stir with a spoon and serve in a coupette glass
